STUBA merupakan salah satu proker terbesar departemen Humas, yang mana kegiatan ini perwakialan dari LSME FEB UB melakukan kunjungan ke lembaga riset diluar Universitas Brawijaya guna untuk sharing-sharing yang mana sharing ini bertujuan untuk perukar pikiran tentang sistem organisasi dan kepenulisan. salain dari pada itu hasil saharing ini juga akan mengabil sistem yang baik untuk diadosi ddan diterapkan di LSME untuk LSME yang baik kedepannya. Nah kali ini kujungan LSME ada di Surabaya dan lebih spesifiknya ada di ITS Surabaya dan UNAIR Surabaya.
